Collaboration and programs

A COST Action from UE is under construction in Europe to federate several group working on allelopathy. The project is named ALLFORAGR. The main objective of ALLFORAGR Cost Action is to address new insight on Allelopathy focusing on identification, mechanism of release, selectivity and persistence, mode of action and the genetic regulation allelochemicals. Present in the Network are all European groups that have written the recent history of knowledge in Allelopathy processes. In particular, there are four research groups involved from Italy (University of Reggio Calabria, Second University of Naples, University of Calabria and University of Piacenza); five from France (Universitè de Marseille; Université de Lorraine; Université de Perpignan; Université de Lyon; Université de France-Comté); three from Spain (University of Vigo, University of Barcelona and University of Cadiz); four from Germany (University of Hohenheim, University of Bonn, Leibniz Institute of Freshwater Ecology and Inland Fisheries and the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Ecology); and other researchers from University of Wien (Austria), University of Coimbra (Portugal); University of Thessaloniki (Greece), University of Arhaus (Denmark); University of Leiden (The Netherland); Swedish University of Agricultural Science (Sweden); University of Warsaw (Poland), the Aleksandras Stulginskis University from Lituania and the University of Prague (Czech Republic).
