This document was prepared and revised several times by the executive board and was revised in 2003 by Prof. Jeff Weidenhamer. The society currently operates as an executive board with members at large elected on a 3 year triennial basis, in association with the Annual General Business Meeting held at the end of each IAS World Congress. Membership is to be paid at or before each IAS World Congress.
